OUR SHIPPING POLICY
How We Do It
Shipping Policy
All orders are created after order submission. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Order confirmations are emailed after purchases are completed. Upon completion of order processing & shipping, the tracking information will be sent to the email you provide during check-out.
PLEASE NOTE: Items may take longer due to holidays, bad weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. **Also, Boyd's Custom Boutique is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, damaged, or stolen items.** However, please remember your items may be tracked using the tracking information we sent to the email you provided at check-out or account creation.
After your payment is authorized and verified, Standard orders can still take up to 4 business days, Express orders can still take up to 3 business days, and Rush orders can still take up to 1 business day to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays
In-Transit time starts when your order has been shipped, and does not include standard processing time applicable to the shipping method selected at the time of checkout. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays. For information on anticipated delivery (inclusive of processing and transit times), please refer to our Shipping Policy.
Boyd's Custom Boutique is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes or any other charges.
*CUSTOM TUMBLERS- We ship all orders USPS Priority which takes 1-3 business days for delivery. We ship within the US only. Please keep in mind that all orders are made to order and can take 3-6 weeks to complete before they ship. Tracking information is sent to your email once it ships.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
How It Works
There are No refunds on BCB products, digital downloads, or courses. We will offer only credit in the amount of the returned item once it has been shipped back to Boyd's Custom Boutique.
To start a return, please contact us at boydscustomboutique@gmail.com. If the company is liable, a return label will be submitted, but if the customer is liable, you must pay for the shipping to return the item. You have 7 days from the date of delivery for all returns. Items sent without notice will not be accepted for a return.You can always contact us for any return question at boydscustomboutique@gmail.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Product and Course Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you paid for the wrong course, we can not change the course for you after payment is rendered.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds, only credit.
